• I am not exactly sure, but it could be the USB charging and data transfer cable. One end of the cable has a special clip that connects the Garmin - Vivosmart HR Activity Tracker + Heart Rate - Black to a computer.

• The vívosmart HR data clip is referring to the charging clip that doubles as a data cable that is connected to a computer when you want to sync the device with a Garmin Express or Garmin Connect. ~JH
