• No . As you swipe through it will tell you stats you are looking for

• You press the button and scroll to the Lil dude icon and u can choose run cardio or other, it times and tracks all ur stats and when your done ghe activity you select done and save the report, than the connect software syncs and maps all the stats out, and you can then title the worlout report and add notes to it and stuff if you want in the app.
