Under specifications, is says that the tracker is waterproof up to 164 feet. So yes.

Therefore, since it is about 33 feet/ ATM... multiply by 4 to get to the depth = to 5 ATM... or 132 feet or about 40 meters underwater. This is still well within sport diving limits. I am a SCUBA diver and a scientist. :)
