• The vivosmart HR will need to be plugged in to charge and has no removable battery. -Blake with Garmin

• You do not remove the battery. The charging cable snaps on where the band connects to the watch.

• You do not have to remove the battery to charge it, but you have to remove the band from your wrist for charging.
