“I was told when I bought this tracker I didn't need a smartphone, I could connect it to my computer but I have not been able to do this. What do I need to do? I have Windows 10.”

• You can sync using the Garmin Express Application on Windows. Just do a Google search for Garmin Vivosmart HR sync with computer.

• If you visit www.garmin.com/express you can download and install Garmin Express. You can then connect the vivosmart HR to your computer to complete the set up and sync your data with Garmin Connect.
