  • QuestionHow do I keep the knob from falling off the gas burner. Fell off the first day I bought it.

    • Answer Hi Brandon, Thanks for the question. If the knob is continually falling off the valve, there may be a problem with the dial, or the oven may be overheating in the rear and causing it to become "smushy."
