It was installed in minutes by a new service and has been checked by nicor. Best Buy left me without a dryer for weeks but left the new one in my hall.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For the most part it appears to be the case. The trick is how do you find out if what sales is telling you is fact? I have been sold an item that that had been described as going to be one way , that turned out to be false. Upon calling the Geek Squad, I found out that that I could have gotten it my way if another sales item had been added to my purchase. So yes they do have procedures but not everyone knows them.
