A:AnswerI also bought this microwave 4 months ago and have similar problem with key pads has a bubble in left side of pad won't let me set power level. I asked to take back to best buy but was told had to call manufacture. Love microwave just wanted to get another one .:(

A:AnswerThe height including the feet is more than 12" -- I bought one and it was too tall for my 12" space. It was closer to 12 3/8" including the feet. Now I have to return it -- quite the hassle. Not sure if it was the manufacturer or Best Buy that got the height wrong in the description, but they need to fix it.
A:AnswerHi there - Great question! The cardboard (mica) covers the waveguide system that feeds microwave energy into the cavity and should not be removed.
