Q: QuestionIs there a static film on inside of the door? The door glass is blurry and hard to see in.
Asked by confused12.
- A:Answer No, there is a film and a standard grid, but all microwaves need them. The light should be easy to replace, I plan on finding a high power LED replacement for mine. Just like I have done on all of my cars.

Q: QuestionI can't see through the glass in the door. It appears that there is a film on the inner surface of the metal screen that is obscuring the view into the interior. Is this a removable protection film or should it be left in place?
Asked by robwood.

Asked by Hannah.
- A:Answer Sorry, don't know, but the staff at Best Buy is very professional and patient and they were a good source for my questions. They can probably answer on-line also if you can't get there.

Q: QuestionIs there a way to disable the Express Cook function? Otherwise I have to hit "Time Cook" anytime I want to just enter the cook time, which is 90% of the time.
Asked by fswkeys.
- A:Answer I agree with the OP. Over 95% of the time I do not use the Express Cook feature. It's an extra step I don't need and pressing a single button every time you cook is going to wear that but out before all of the others. My last Panasonic microwave did not have the Express cook feature but after 14 years the start button went bad. I can repair it but being disabled with widespread pain issues I'm not sure that I want to expend the energy a 14-year-old unit.
