The dishwasher high drain loop will prevent the back flow of water. Be sure to follow the installation instructions and you should be fine. You will just need to run the discharge pipe from the dishwasher into the garbage disposal for everything to work properly. The process is fairly simple, be sure to remember to remove the knockout plug so the dishwasher will be able to drain properly.
