I am experiencing the exact same issue with my GE microwave that was purchased from Best Buy . It’s been just 4 months and it stopped working all of a sudden . We had to replace it initially as it was making lot of noise while working . However the replacement also stopped working now !!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It may be a blown fuse but I am not aware of the unit having a fuse. Check your home circuit breaker too. My unit is working fine, however it makes a lot of noise when operating. I have to wonder if that is normal.

We are very sorry to hear that your new sensor microwave has stopped working and can imagine that this has been a frustrating experience for you. We are happy to offer you some guidance in this! Before contacting service, we would recommend that you unplug your microwave oven and then plug it back in, and make sure the 3-prong plug is fully inserted into wall receptacle and that the microwave is on its own dedicated circuit. A fuse in your home may be blown or the circuit breaker tripped. If this is the case, reset the breaker or replace the household fuse and try the microwave one more time. If the breaker trips off again, or you still do not have power to the unit, you should unplug the microwave and contact service to properly diagnose the issue. Given that you have only had the microwave for 4 months, you may want to review the details of what is covered within your one-year warranty on page 15 of your Use and Care Manual. You can schedule an appointment with GE Factory Service by calling 1-800-432-2737 Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET, Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET, or schedule online at any time. We hope that this helps! -Eliza@GEA
