• Hi there - Thanks for reaching out with this question. The sensor cooking pads make cooking easy. When one of these pads is selected, the microwave oven will automatically cook the specific food at a pre-programmed power level that determines the proper amount of cooking time by sensing the steam that escapes as the food cooks.
