Yes, the feet are set at 11 x 15"

This microwave has the following dimensions: 12 7/8" H x 21 3/4" W x 17 3/4" D, therefore we're sorry to say it wouldn't fit in your space. If you're able to find a different space for it to be installed, please just know our countertop models require 3" of clearance on both sides and the top, and 1" clearance in the rear. With this said, we believe based on your description that model JES737WMWW should be able to fit in your area and meet the proper clearances.
