Hi-this is Sue from GE. Thanks for your interest! The blower will need to be rotated for indoor (recirculating) venting. The directions are provided in the installation instructions included with the microwave. Also, the recirculating charcoal filter is included. The turntable can be turned off when using larger dishes. Model JNM3161DFBB is the same microwave except assembled for indoor (recirculating) venting. Thanks for checking with us!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You shouldn't need to get additional filters and the ones that come with the microwave can be washed in the dishwasher. To vent interior you follow the instructions that comes with the microwave which shows you to turn the fan deflector by removing 3 screws to close off the exposed fan. Very easy to do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There does not need to be modifications made on the cabinets. It vents out right in front of the cabinets. I believe the vents are on the microwave door. Yes you c an turn off the turntable. Nice microwave for the price!
