Hi Arkia- The multi-level rack in the fresh food section does not fit in the freezer section; the supports are different, making the shelf too narrow to fit in the freezer. An accessory step shelf is available for purchase. The wire step shelf goes all the way across the freezer and has a raised area for 2 or 4 ice trays and a lower section for food storage.
