Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi engie- Thanks for choosing GE. We are happy to provide assistance. Temperature measurements in the fresh food and freezer compartments should never be made of the air. Air temperature fluctuates during defrost and during door openings. View the following link for tips- REFRIGERATOR - MEASURING INTERNAL TEMPERATURES: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=19479 - We suggest factory setting "Colder" or turn counter-clockwise towards setting "Cold" if the refrigerator temperature is higher than normal. For reference, view page 5 of the Owner's Manual: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-60801-1.PDF - Also, view a short video on setting the controls: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fk8X4jsGNfg&t=0s&index=8&list=PLX8_V2wHGuhkpF-Vd9FPuC6CqiPSUA7JY - View troubleshooting link- REFRIGERATOR NOT COOLING ENOUGH: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=21185 - You can schedule service by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-432-2737 or schedule a service appointment online: http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm?ICID=GEARsupportflyout-service - We hope these tips are helpful.
