Drawers don’t fit properly have contacted bestbuy but no help just promises to fix so far no luck just frustrated after several calls support from Bestbuy seems nonexistent.

Have called and had 2 visits from geek squad and a delivery of a drawer that isn’t even close yo the size of mine. Called again was told 2 techs would be out. Got a geek squad again was told very rudely that the refrigerator was made that way . Called the customer complaint line got a message no one available to take my Call. This has been very frustrating at this point I am ready to call my tv. channel news investigators because I can’t find anyone to truly help me at bestbuy same phone numbers listed none for customer relations. Chat disconnected me and gave me same phone. number. Dealing with bestbuy has been A Very frustrating challenge.

Please try again later.I did not have free delivery even if it was offered because a short time ago ,I had another refrigerator that I purchased brand new and the delivery guys had it laying down on the floor of the truck instead of standing up right. That's a no no for me
