QuestionI bought a GE JES2051SNSS. Why are there trimkits available to fit this model if it says on the box that the microwave is not intended to be "built in". If I put it in an opening in my kitchen and put a trim kit around it, is that not "built in"?

- Answer Air flow is designed for counter top use. Building it in & adding a trim kit (From another model since there is none for this model) can cause the megnatron tube overheat. Don't believe me, contact GE customer service & they will confirm this.

QuestionA red light is on (lower right) on the control panel and it "Reset the filter" is written under it. Beneath that is "Hold 3 sec." I pushed the light/area and nothing happened. The unit seems to operate properly.

- Answer Hello, Select TIME COOK, enter the time you want such as 1 minute (Do not hit start yet) then select POWER LEVEL & what ever level you want such as "4" which will display as 4. This would be 40%. Now hit start & you will be cooking @ 40% for 1 minute. Very easy. Hope this helps!
