“Op manual says normal to see water in the bleach n softener dispensers, nothing about in the detergent dispenser. We have the detergent dispenser full of water after each load is finished. We removed tape blocking hole out of dispenser. Is this normal?”

Hello Cap - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and we are happy to help you. Yes, it is also normal to see water in the detergent dispenser after the cycle. You may want to use an extra rinse cycle to see if this lessens the amount. Also, you may want to clean the dispenser drawer per the Owners Manual. We hope this helps!
