“Delivery and installation of washer and dryer Does Best Buy contract with separate delivery/installation company or have their own inhouse delivery people - who can actually fix and solve onsite problems? My delivery people at Sears and Home Depot have been horrible and not helpful so far. (They were contractors).”

They were third party fellows who install. They sometimes have one Best Buy person with them though.
