A:AnswerOur unit is about 2 months old and so far have not encountered the issue you mention. Once loaded, we press start and dryer cycle will continue until load is dry.
A:AnswerThey require the same requirements as bigger units. If you don’t have a vent out they make a unit for the inside. These are great unit for apartments or condo.
A:AnswerThe depth is 27 3/8 inches but when you install it won’t fit in that space you need little more space bc the vent needs extra space. So I can’t close my laundry space door, I have same size of your 30 inches depth.
A:AnswerNo, the unit's depth does not consider the dryer vent nor water lines feeding it. There is an option to connect the dryer hose through the side of the unit, if you have good space to the sides. I think that 31" is good enough if all other dimensions fit the space you need it in, but check with a pro!
A:AnswerAn item purchased and delivered and the customer has a change of mind and rejects the item. It goes back to the store and becomes an open box item.
The price is reduced and is back on sale. I believe the warranty is gone.

A:AnswerHi - Thank you for reaching out to us and for having purchased a GE Appliances unitized washer/dryer. We would recommend allowing the washer to fill normally after having added Oxi or other preferred soaking agent. Once it stops filling, leave the lid closed and press the Start/Pause button one time. After you have finished soaking the load, press the Start/Pause button again to allow the cycle to resume. If you leave the washer in a paused mode for longer than 24 hours, it will automatically drain. If you attempt to soak the load with the lid open, the washer will drain completely after 15 mins. For more information, see page 8 of your owner's manual -- https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90581-5.PDF -- We hope this is helpful. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerHi - we're happy to tell you more about the serial number for this laundry center! The serial number is unique to every unit, and it's found on the rating plate. For this laundry center, you can find the serial number inside the front face of the dryer compartment or inside the edge of the dryer door. -- We hope this was helpful. Have an amazing week. - Pablo@GEA
A:AnswerThis is a great question and we're happy to help. Although this washer has a PreSoak cycle, we're sorry to say it doesn't have a separate detergent dispenser for it. With that said, this unit does have a Bleach and Fabric Softener dispenser. We're always here if you need anything else and we're wishing you the best. - Guy@GEA
