QuestionI am attempting to side vent the dryer. Unfortunately, the top flange in the elbow is positioned for back venting. When I try to adjust elbow for side venting, it is not possible to get a 90 degree bend because the top flange in the elbow is fixed, Help

QuestionI just mived into barand new unit with one of these inside unit . It is brand new itself..once load is put into dryer on any setting press start and it will run for 5 to 10 seconds and then stop.

- Answer Our unit is about 2 months old and so far have not encountered the issue you mention. Once loaded, we press start and dryer cycle will continue until load is dry.

- Answer They require the same requirements as bigger units. If you don’t have a vent out they make a unit for the inside. These are great unit for apartments or condo.

QuestionWhat is the depth of this unit? I need something that is less than 30" in depth.

- Answer The depth is 27 3/8 inches but when you install it won’t fit in that space you need little more space bc the vent needs extra space. So I can’t close my laundry space door, I have same size of your 30 inches depth.

QuestionFor GE Model GUD24ESSMWW (the combined Laundry Center). Does its given 27 3/8 "depth, accounts for the 4" semi rigid dryer vent that needs to be add to the back for outside venting? Do u recommend for it for my laundry closet dimensions of only 31"D?

- Answer No, the unit's depth does not consider the dryer vent nor water lines feeding it. There is an option to connect the dryer hose through the side of the unit, if you have good space to the sides. I think that 31" is good enough if all other dimensions fit the space you need it in, but check with a pro!

- Answer An item purchased and delivered and the customer has a change of mind and rejects the item. It goes back to the store and becomes an open box item. The price is reduced and is back on sale. I believe the warranty is gone.
