  • QuestionHow do I remove the agitator?

    Asked by Ken.

    • Answer Hello- Thanks so much for checking with us. We are sorry if you are having an issue with your washer. Our current models will require a technician to remove the agitator. There is something called an agitator puller that is required. Note: Trying to remove the agitator without this tool can cause you to accidentally hit your face from the force of pulling. Asked by Mary.

    • Answer Hi there, thanks for reaching out to check! For exhausting information, we'd recommend taking a look at pages 12-14 of your installation instructions. We recommend venting as short and and straight as you can to maximize the unit's exhaust effectiveness. The parts/tools that you'd need to exhaust your unit can be seen on page 12 in the installation instructions as well. If you have other questions or concerns, feel free to let us know. -Michael@GEA

  • QuestionDoes this unit have only one cord? Or are there separate cords for the washer and dryer?

    Asked by Mary.

    • Answer Hi there, thanks for asking! Unitized washer/dryer units only have one power cord. There is not a separate cord for the washer and the dryer. Electric models, such as this one, should be connected to a dedicated 120/240V or 120/208V 30-amp time-delay fuse or circuit breaker. The 240/208V will power the dryer, and the unit internally steps it down to 110/120V for the washer. This power cord should be purchased separately; your dealer will be able to further assist with finding a power cord for your unit. Hope this is helpful! All the best. -Michael@GEA
