“We just got this and I am wondering why after 24 hours my thin cryopacks aren't frozen? We have a small freezer as an extra holding food for now and I'm afraid to put things in. What is wrong?”

Our delivery guys told us to wait at least 24 hours before putting anything in the freezer and maybe 3 or 4 the refrigerator. He said it takes time for the freezer to get cold initially. Ours works well. Also, he said to wait at lest 24 hours before putting the "cold" button anywhere but in the middle . I hope this helps.
