Q: Wha about noise? How quiet is it?

A: It is very noisy! My 17-yr. old Kenmore was way more quiet than this! I regret buying it. Geek Squad came to check it out and said it's normal noise.

Q: The specs say this is a frost free fridge. So why does it then say Manual defrost?

A: Hi Kittie- This is Sue at GE Appliances. Thanks for viewing our GE® 20.8 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator GTS21FGKWW! The refrigerator is Frost-Free. Frost free refrigerators defrost automatically so you do not need to manually defrost. A website correction request will be sent to BestBuy. We apologize for any confusion. Thanks for reaching out to us!

Q: Are G.E. refrigerators American made?

A: Hello madone, Thank you for your interest in GE Appliances. I am happy to help. Model GTS21FGK is manufactured in Camden, SC. Thank you for checking with us. Lisa from GE Appliances.

Q: I have a 25 year old 20.8 GE, and Im looking at the new Black 20.8. Mine has a rack for the ice trays. I dont see one on the new one. Is it there, or is there just no ice tray rack on the newer model??

A: I installed the optional ice maker and there's no specific ice shelf for trays that I can see. There's a single shelf inside and 2 shelves on the door.

Q: What color are the side panels of the stainless steel 20.3 cu.ft. GE refrigerator? Thanks.

A: Hello, This is Joyce from GE Appliances. I will be happy to help! This model has a dark gray case. Thanks so much for checking with us. Have a good day!

Q: What are the dimensions HWD? How long for delivery zip code 33126 Thanks

A: This unit is 67 inches high, 31.3 inches wide and 33.9 inches deep.

Q: We just got this and I am wondering why after 24 hours my thin cryopacks aren't frozen? We have a small freezer as an extra holding food for now and I'm afraid to put things in. What is wrong?

A: Our delivery guys told us to wait at least 24 hours before putting anything in the freezer and maybe 3 or 4 the refrigerator. He said it takes time for the freezer to get cold initially. Ours works well. Also, he said to wait at lest 24 hours before putting the "cold" button anywhere but in the middle . I hope this helps.

Q: I need to know how much space there is between the bottom of the door and the floor of this refrigerator... The door needs to go over dog bowls on the floor there needs to be @ 3 inches or a little less. Also does the slate color have a little tan ?

A: I'm not at home I'm not quite sure about the dog bowl issue but yes the Slate has a little bit of a tan to it that's why I chose it cuz it goes with my new floors
