We apologize the drawer functions were not explained thoroughly. We know how important such features can be for an appliance, and we'll do our best to improve this. We found that the shelves and drawers for this model are removable. Both can also be adjusted to higher or lower positions within the freezer. You can find this information in the owner's manual on page 7.
