• A:Answer Hi Lind - We have great news! Models are typically shipped with a right hand door opening ("hinges" on right), and the handles get installed on the left. The door swing can be reversed on model GTS22KMNRES so that the door opens in the opposite direction. • A:Answer No. The installers did NOT put the handles on. They were inebriated and did a poor job. Expect to put the handles on yourself. Not hard to do. If you need to have the doors switched around, good luck with that. This is the second time where I have had installers be under the influence (of not only alcohol) and do a poor job. Best Buy needs to hire better contractors. Wish you the best of luck.

We can advise this model will support approximately 35 pounds per square foot on the shelves. The shelves should not exceed 50 pounds total for full width shelves and 25 pounds for half width shelves. Those same limits apply to the vegetable bin covers.
