Hi there, We are finding that the top drawer can only be moved down one more rung than where it is located in this picture: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-specs/GSE23GGKWW#gallery-4 - There is going to be a space between the top drawer the the others on the bottom of the fresh food section. Also, the shelf on top of the first drawer acts as a sort of lid to the drawer. You are able to adjust the shelves if there are spaces available for you to slide them in.
