“Is there a guaranteed lowest temperature for the fridge and freezer ? Possibly a weird question but I have issues with my current fridge.”

The freeze temperature is preset in the factory for 0°F and the fresh food compartment is preset at the factory for 37°F. Please allow 24 hours for the temperatures to stabilize to the preset recommended settings. if you believe there is an issue with the fridge, please PM/DM us on Facebook/Instagram/X with a copy of your review, any service confirmation/case numbers you may have, and the complete model/serial numbers of your unit so we can further investigate.
