  • Questionhow long has this been on the market? how long is normal wash cycle for washer set on normal load setting?

    • Answer Hi! Thanks for your questions, we'd be happy to help! This model was manufactured from August, 2018 - November, 2020. The times found for each cycle on page 5 of your Use and Care manual are washing time only. The times shown there does not include drying time, Auto Hot Start, or other options chosen. If the incoming water temperature is too low, the Auto Hot Start feature may add up to 11 minutes of additional time. The Normal Cycle has a generalized run time of 1 hour 15 minutes - 1 hour 45 minutes. We hope this helps! Best wishes. -Michael@GEA

    • Answer Hello Tina, Thank you for reaching out. Dishwashers equipped with an electronic control may start displaying blinking lights or have beeping sounds. This alerts the user that the dishwasher may need attention. We would like to encourage you to check this troubleshooting article "DISHWASHERS - BLINKING LIGHTS OR BEEPING SOUNDS" on our support page as there could be a variety of reasons for the lights blinking.
