“We have model GDT655SSJ4SS and find the trays don't hold glasses very well. The glasses keep tipping over and occasionally break when they tip over. Can I replace the trays with something else even with another brand's trays?”

Hi Colorado - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the dishwasher racks. We are sorry to this and know you must be frustrated. Shallow items such as cups and small glasses should be loaded along the sides or less deeps areas of the upper rack. Tall, deep glasses, should be loaded in deeper areas of the upper rack, and placed so that they rest firmly against the tines.
