Hi - Thank you for having purchased this lovely GE Appliances dishwasher. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you. We recommend pressing and holding the Start pad for 3 seconds to cancel the cycle. Then try and set and start the cycle again. If the issue persists, turn off the power to the dishwasher at your breaker box for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics and try setting and starting the cycle again once power has been restored. If the issue continues, we recommend calling GE Appliances service to schedule an appointment to have the dishwasher checked by an authorized service technician. You may call 1-800-432-2737 to do so.
