Hi there, There could be a few reasons as to why you are having issues with closing your door completely. Make sure that nothing is blocking the door, such as a lid or a utensil. You could also check to make sure that the dishwasher is level and that it was installed correctly. If you have doubts about installation, we would recommend contact your installer to double check.
