We truly appreciate you choosing this top control dishwasher for your home and are sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your top rack. We are happy to help you with this! If you find that your dishwasher is working as it should except for in the top rack, we would recommend that you check that you don't have the Lower Wash Zone control selected. Wash Zones give you the option to target a specific rack instead of waiting on a full load. Selecting either the Upper or Lower Wash Zones will target dishwashing of just one rack, but this option should be used when dishes are placed in only one rack.
