“Help! Our dishwasher is only 2 years old and the sounds/chimes have completely stopped working and I don’t know why. I’ve already went to our power box and reset the power to dishwasher and the chimes are still not working. Any advice on how to fix this?”

Hi! Sorry to hear about the issues you've had here, we'd be happy to help. To turn the dishwasher control sounds ON/OFF, press the Heated Dry or Power Dry button 5 times within 5 seconds. Hope this helps! Best wishes. -Michael@GEA
