QuestionIs there a model like current model # GSS25IYNFS that can have wood panels attached to match cabinets in kitchen? Also, current panels are on a old GE (Model PS123NGMB WW). Will these fit?

QuestionI recently bought this fridge so I am looking for a specific answer. the very bottom drawer doesn’t have a humidity control. What setting is it considered to be? Our Last fridge had the option to humidity control both bins, not just one.

QuestionCan the refrigerator be connected to the power and switched on before the water connection is made? Or does the water connection need to be made before you start using the refrigerator? AKA will it need to be moved / disconnected?

- Answer You do not need to connect a waterline to this unit to operate it. Just make sure the power switch to the icemaker is switched off first to prevent damage to it. The refrigerator this one replaced we used for 16 years with no water supply, and we verified the same operation with this new one before installing. P.S.-It is wise to let the new refrigerator sit for 24 hours before plugging it in and powering it up, in order to let the refrigerant settle properly within the system. Not doing so can shorten the life of the unit. And, frankly, you should want to also wait until the new fridge is cold before transferring food to it. Keep the old fridge for the 15-day review period, then contact Best Buy to have it hauled away for 30 bucks. It costs the same whether they take it the day they deliver your new refrigerator, or wait a couple of weeks and come back.

QuestionHi during delivery can the doors of this fridge be taken off to push it through the entrance to our galley kitchen area and reattached when we put push it into the cabinet area?

- Answer YES ! Doors of fridge can be taken off to meet your needs. However, it is important to take into consideration where you buy your appliances; I bought mine at Best Buy, and they did it ! Others stores may NOT do it, so ask before you buy it.

QuestionDoes this refrigerator have an RF45 Jack? Is it located on the bottom front of the unit behind the kick plate? I see what looks like a phone jack under there. What is it for?

- Answer Hi - Yes, this refrigerator does have a RJ45 jack located behind the grill (kick plate) at the bottom of the refrigerator. QuestionAnyone know the edge clearance? Ie. I know it’s 35 7/8 wide, but how far does the door/hinge cause the door edge to stick out when opened 90degrees? What’s the total width when doors open 90degrees?

QuestionI bought New house in Elkhorn,Omaha, 2020 August. All appliances are GE provided by builders. I am happy with all appliances but I wanted to upgrade refrigerator. I have GIE22JSNBRSS , I can not keep both , but want to upgrade. IS there any option ?

QuestionWill this refrigerator fit into a 36" space? The opening between my cabinets is exactly 36" with toe kicks protruding inward about 1/8" on both sides at the base. I am concerned I will need to trim the toe kick. Any advice is appreciated.
