Hi - We are truly sorry to hear you're having an issue with your refrigerator and can understand your concern given the holiday weekend ahead. There are a number of internal components that could fail which would result in the refrigerator not cooling properly. If you have not already done so, try unplugging the refrigerator for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. It may take several hours before you notice a difference in the temperatures. In the meantime, go ahead and schedule an appointment to have the unit checked by service. If you find it begins cooling properly once power has been restored, you can always cancel the service appointment. Kind Regards, Vikki@GEA
