• A:Answer Yes, both in the fresh food and freezer sections. 2 in the freezer, and 3 in the fresh food section. The bin at the bottom of the freezer is not adjustable, and the 2 pull out bins in th fresh part are not adjustable. The half shelves in the door part of the fresh section can be adjusted (like to hold a gallon of milk, etc)

• A:Answer Yes, you can, but you're gonna have to do the research yourself because the parts guy is not going to do the research for you, they may not even know how. So when you research your model number, another list of models usually pops up. You have to look at each one of those. They're all the same refrigerator with different options. Find the one with the draw and order the parts.

Q: QuestionHow tall is it really? The Best Buy website says it is 69.625 inches to top of cabinet without hinges. However for the same model, the GE website says it is 69.0 inches to top of case. Who's right?

• A:Answer In my case it did not make any difference because there are no cabinets above my unit. I did measure from floor to the top of the unit, and with the 2 covers for the hinges on the top it is just shy of 69 3/4"
