“Do any of your French door/bottom freezer models have a ice maker/water dispensing unit in the right door instead of the left door? The full width drawer below the crispers cannot be removed for cleaning if the door cannot be opened > 90 degrees.”

No, on our models with an exterior dispenser, it is on the left door. You will have access to the contents n the bin. To remove the full-width drawer for cleaning the doors must open fully. -Vikki@GEAppliances
