“So.. I haven’t used my AC in a few months . I just hooked it back up and turned it on and no air is coming out.. Nor is the fan even spinning. The only thing I hear is the compressor. What should I do?”

It sounds like the motor is gone. It will most likely cost more money to repair than it will to buy a new one.
