“There is a red light flashing just above the power button what does it mean ?? I washed the filter out but the the flashing light is still on”

• Hi Moe - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your GE Model AHP06LZ. We are happy to help. This feature automatically notifies you that the air filter must be cleaned. The indicator light will come on after 240 hours of operation. After cleaning and replacing the air filter, press Filter on the control panel and the light will go off. • Press and hold the filter button until the light goes off in order to reset the filter timer.
