• Hi there, thanks for reaching out! We would recommend taking a look at pages 9-12 in the model's installation instructions for the proper dimensions and spacing needed for this unit. We do not recommend attempting to install the exhaust hose through a cat flap opening in a door. This unit is designed to be exhausted through a window. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael
