“Hi. I bought this portable ac about a month ago now and today I noticed it has been blowing hot air. It seems like the compressor is turning on and running but continues to blow hot air. What would you suggest the problem is? Message E4 popped up today”

1st make sure that there's nothing blocking back part of the unit. 2nd unplug the unit for 5mins to reset the unit.

Per the manual E4 indicates anti-freeze protection. Restore the functions automatically once anti-freeze protection is over.
