Hi, Good question! We're happy to have you in the GEA family and we'd like to help. If your unit has just been installed it may take a bit longer to cool the room. For cool air, set this model to Cool mode and the Fan Speed to High. Please make sure the air conditioner has an adequate BTU rating for the size of the room being cooled as this could play a factor as well. You can find more troubleshooting tips here: (Page 13) https://files.bbystatic.com/qOm76QrVOf2DkN4aVgdPrg%3D%3D/F8C70390-5B95-43DA-BF80-D6C18E2336AC.pdf Let us know if you have any more questions. Have an amazing day! -Sylvia@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the unit is on cool and the temperature is it is as low as possible it should be at 64°. Check the filter to make sure it’s clean and also make sure that you have the exhaust going out a window. I purchased two and they’re both working fine. Also check to see if it’s on timer. Make sure there’s no water in the unit
