You could, because it is portable. But that would be EPIC wasteful on energy to run that, against how hot it is on a screen porch with no insulation to help maintain the temp. You would want to get at least a double-length of longer exhaust hose, to funnel the hot compressor air farther away from your sitting area--but that can cause function problems, due to the back-pressure resistance of the hot air moving through the vent hose...the longer the hose, the harder it is to push the hot air through it--it might harm the unit.
