“Hi I instilled this in a window that slides from left to right. My window is tall and I need more side window panels, because right now the exhaust fan is high up and I can't close my blinds. Is it possible to order get another side window panel/plate?”

Hello Claire - Thank you for reaching out about this excellent air conditioner. We will be happy to help with this. First, we suggest making sure the panel is installed correctly. If the exhaust hose is currently at the top, trying flipping the panel so that it is on bottom.
