“My window opening is 25”. Too big for the one panel but when I add a panel the hole for the vent is blocked. What do I do?”

Hey there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out to us about your portable air conditioner. We hate to hear you've had some trouble with getting the window panel set up. We know this may have been frustrating and would like to assist. The window panel comes with two side panels included for windows over 20". However, if your window is from 20" to 33", you should only need one. You can use it on the opposite side of the Exhaust Hose Adapter opening if you wish. You can then place the panel into the window opening (with the cam locks facing you) and slide the side panel(s) outward to fill the opening, then lock the panels in place with the cam locks. The hose adapter opening should not need to be covered to install the panel. Further details on this process are listed in your manual, starting on page 9, and include a diagram.
