“Does the unit come with something to vent with, and how does the operation work? How much do you have to open your window and how do you close off the part of the window that is not taken up with the venting material? I have not bought the a/c yet.”

Hello bxgirl - Thank you for the excellent question. We will be happy to provide more information. This portable air conditioner comes with an exhaust hose and window panel. The panel can be used in windows 20 to 46" wide or tall. This panel seals off the window to keep air in the room and the exhaust hose is connected to it to vent outside.
