• Yes, it can. There is a bake button or convection button on the top oven to choose from. the bottom oven is the regular oven.

• The oven gives you the option of "convection bake" or "bake" in the top oven. The bottom oven does not have the convection option. It's a really nice unit that I've been very happy with.

• The oven has convection, reg bake, and broil features on upper oven. Lower oven is reg bake and broil features—no convection on lowervoven.
