QuestionAny way to get a picture of the electrical plug - to be sure it is compatible with the wiring we have now. The current oven is very old. If no picture, a detailed description of plug, wires included, etc. would be helpful.

- Answer No. I paid for installation and removal of my old oven. If there are any size adjustments made by installer to your current cutout you will also be charged for that.

QuestionI am about to replace an over, and the current cut out is 25 1/4 in wide and 24 deep (from front of cabinet to wall). Will this oven fit? Given that depth, will junction box position be a consideration?

- Answer The 24inch depth is fine as is the 25 1/4 wide. The top to bottom cut out is27 5/8

QuestionIs there a fan in the back and does it run most of the time? Does it circulate air within this non-convection oven like some ovens have a speed bake? The only ovens with fans or a fan sound I've seen were for a convection or speed bake feature.

- Answer Hello Hindsight2020 - Thank you for reaching out about this amazing oven. An oven with a fan on the back wall is a convection oven. Model JKS3000SNSS does not offer convection, meaning there is no fan on the back wall to help circulate the hot air. Please let us know if you have any more questions. - JB

QuestionSpecs here says only 20 Amps. Does the preheat allow both the bake and broil elements to heat oven faster?

- Answer Hello Hindsight2020 - Thank you for the excellent question. We love to share information on our wonderful ovens. Yes, both the bake and broil elements will come on to help preheat the oven. The broiler may not glow red as it does not reach the same high temperatures as the bake element. However, they will both come on during the preheat cycle. Keep in touch! - JB

- Answer You do not have to utilize the Wi-Fi feature. There may be some cooking modes that may be unavailable without the internet. Please view the full list of cooking modes on page 11 of the Use and Care manual.
