I didn't. As long as your hoses aren't corroded and the faucets for the water fill coming in from your wall are in good shape, you should be fine.

If you purchased a warranty & you don't use the new hoses, then they can refuse to service your product or tell you that because you didn't use the new hoses that they will not be held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your washer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think if you want Best Buy to hook up the washer, then they want you to buy new hoses. The stainless steel hoses are good for around 5 years, so if yours are older than that I would replace them. Don't want to risk them failing. I purchased new hoses from another store because they were cheaper and hooked it up myself. Be careful hooking up hoses to the newer washers...the inlet valves on the newer washers are cheap plastic and can be stripped very easily so be careful not to overtighten the hoses.
